So today was the day to try the Spartan 500 challenge. Unlike the spartan 1000 this is done in a circuit style so that instantly makes it easier.
10 sets of 10 reps for 5 exercises = 500
Burpees
Squat jacks
Mountain climber
Agility dots
Jumping squats
So what you need:- yourself, water, towel and stopwatch.
I did the first 3 rounds in 3 minutes, great start but a little too fast! My final time was 18 minutes 30 seconds.

After a little walk to get the lactic acid away the rower looked like a good seat!
