Spartan 500 times/results and video

So I did the Spartan 500 once a week for three weeks to set a time and see if I could improve each week.

First week - 18 minutes 30 seconds
Second week - 16 minutes 59 seconds - beat the sub 17 minute goal that week!
Third week - 15 minutes 52 seconds - beat the sub 16 minute goal for the final week!

From 1st to 3rd week a nice 2 minutes 38 seconds cut out of 500 reps of exercise.
